Returns
We accept returns within 14days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, includes the original packaging, and is accompanied by proof of purchase.
